HOW TO SHOP:
You can shop on-line at our website with ease and leave the rest to us. You will have to fill in an online form for the first time on “Register” tab.  Thereafter, every time you shop, you can use the “log yourself in” tab and start shopping. Customer service & customer requirements are our top priorities.  For your convenience, we have a “search” tab on our site which enables you to search products by their brand names.  On the “Produce Menu” you can browse through different categories and add products to your shopping cart.  Payments are securely taken over PayPal , a service which is used by millions around the world.  At our online store, you can shop 24 hours, 7 days a week, completely at your convenience.

REFUND POLICY
Whilst picking your order, if there are any products out of stock, we will not add a replacement product.  We will simply refund the amount totalling the out of stock items back into your credit card.  Also whilst shopping for fresh meat & fresh fruit & veg, certain products are priced per kilo but the actual fresh cuts of meat and some fruit & veg might not be in exact kilo packs.  In this case it is always advisable to mention in the “special request” as to what weight you want the fresh cuts to be or we have cuts ready in varied weights. The charge will be adjusted accordingly if the pack is slightly more or credit to your account if the pack is less than what you have paid for.
